Full Ironman 140.6 Woodlands, TX - 14 hours 13 minutes (PB)

   story:  bike wrecks and 2nd chances

Marathon St. George, UT - 3 hours 58 minutes

   story:  family! and hills oh hills.


2015:

Marathon Houston, TX - 3 hours 29 minutes

   story:  sub 3:30 and pacers

Ironman 70.3 Galveston, TX - 5 hours 22 minutes (PB)

   story:  that was a fun bike ride

Ragnar Wasatch Mountain - 12 person family run (200-ish miles)

   story:  family! and mountain pass ascent.

Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon - 3 hours 1 minute (incredible experience)

    story:  current, waves, cold, fog......bucket list never to forget


2016:

Marathon Houston, TX - 3 hours 16 minutes

   story:  Hmm.......what can I really do at this distance?

2017:

Marathon Houston, TX - 3 hours 43 minutes

   story: what a complete and utter disaster

   story:  PB but not a BQ due to changes, mixed emotions

   story:  That was BRUTAL, but crazy beautiful

Trail Run (13.1 miles) Medora, ND - 2 hours 2 minutes

   story:  Love, love, love the Maah Daah Hey trail

Marathon Chicago, IL - 3 hours 19 minutes (BQ)

   story:  Sam and bdays.......I did it! I really did it! "Quiet the Noise"


2023:

Trail Run (52 miles) Bighorn MT,WY - 14 hours 54 minutes

    story:  Chasing cutoffs through mud.....30 seconds matters.

Hood to Coast (Relay) Mt. Hood to Seaside, OR - Just over 24 hours

    story:  Setbacks, Niece time, Fires on the Beach, Haystack Beach


2024:

Trail Run (50K) St. George, UT - 7 hours 35 minutes

    story:  Running Buddies, Nephew and Niece support crew, Runventure, Post-race SMOKE FEAST

Double Marathon Billings, MT - 8 hours 53 minutes

    story:  Run course backwards just to run it forwards. Solo on dark deserted streets. Surreal experience.

Trail Run (100 Miles) Bighorn Mountains, WY - 34 hours 51 minutes

    story:  Prepared but uncertain. Night-time stars and sunrise; crazy scenic and brutal! #PACERS

Triple Turkey Trot Dana Point/San Clemente, CA - 10K (40:52), 5K (20:08), 5k (20:48)

    story: Finish, line-up again, start again; back-to-back-to-back.  Turkey run shinanigans. :)


2025

Trail Run (100K) Black Canyon, AZ - 18 hours 8 minutes

    story: Plane delays, Flu, NO sleep....thank goodness for family and Taj pacing (mind over body)

Trail Run (52 miler) Bighorn Mountains, WY - 14 hours 42 minutes

    story: Running group and first timers. At some point it should be about cheering and pulling others up

Trail Run (27 miler) Medora Badlands, ND - 4 hours 30 minutes

    story:  Signed up week of, always be trained, 5th overall.  Good day deep rivers, love Medora.

Trail Run (50K) Prospector Cooke City, WY - 7 hours 37 minutes

    story: Signed up night before post a 26 mile training run; Bad decisions w/ good friends! What a blast!

Montana Marathon and South Dakota Marathon - both DNS

    story: both hurt; both tweaked knee for same reason; back2back hard miles on road; need to learn


2026

Marathon Houston, TX - 3 hours 23 minutes

    story: Swapped trails for asphalt. It'd been awhile. Love HOU marathon. Final miles reminded me the marathon should not be trifled with.

Trail Run (50K) The Hunt Cody, WY - 6 hours 42 minutes

    story: Had to jump in with friends (Ed and Chris) even with extremely tight right knee. Fun times and don't think I made the knee any worse.

Trail Run (100K) Zions Ultras Hurricane, UT - 18 hours 27 minutes

    story:  Scramble to get healthy, lacked fitness. Absolute party with trail running friends and family. 7 runners; no DNFs; 4 completed their longest distances to date!! Woohoo!

Half Marathon Provo, UT - 1 hours 49 minutes

    story: Support for Herr family accomplishments! Lots of mountain peaks and climbs too. Great weekend fun. Definitely type 2 fun. Brutally sore and tired afterwards. Yay!

Trail Run (50K) Bighorn Mountains, WY - 6 hours 50 minutes

    story: Fully healthy, friends all around, felt good and finally gave pay back to my dirt road nemesis!

Backyard Last-Man Standing Ultra

    story:  New type of race experience. Went in a little scared not knowing what to fully expect. Didn't go as planned. Many lessons learned with humility being the biggest. But trying new things is fun.

Trail Run (50K) Propector Cooke City, WY - 7 hours 39 minutes

    story:  Signed up week of to run with friend (Abe), a bit of smokey air, ran 8 miles hard day before to simulate tired legs, got lost on course...........but had a great time in mountains!
